We support program design to consider the full set of activities (from readiness to legal and institutional capacity as well as policies and programs to reduce emissions and additional investable opportunities such as nested projects, biodiversity credits, or eco-tourism) and corresponding financial model to deliver such program

We support key stakeholders including local communities, government officials and civil society organizations to enable effective implementation of national and jurisdictional programs

We utilize existing work that has been completed at a national or jurisdictional scale (e.g., FCPF readiness) in carbon accounting, MRV, benefits sharing, and safeguards to create credits that meeting third-party voluntary and compliance market standards (e.g., ART TREES)

We support legal and regulatory frameworks on carbon rights and ownership, social and environmental safeguards and transparency and accountability in decision-making

We facilitate financing to jurisdictional programs and nested projects, including concessionary climate finance and investment capital

We create Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) that enable effective private sector involvement in technical support, financing and operational project management
